Ready Mix Concrete Kent

We use high-tech lorries to deliver the concrete mix at your preferred location. The trucks will be emptied by pouring the concrete into barrows or concrete pumps, depending on your specific requirements. The ready mix concrete will be produced using quality raw material and under controlled conditions. Generally, RMC reduces material consumption, thus cutting down your total costs. The fundamental ingredients used are environmental-friendly, and they include cement, water, and aggregate. We use bulk cement and not bagged cement. With this, the process is eco-friendly because it eliminates packaging, which, in turn, reduces waste and dust pollution.

Mixed On-Site Concrete

Our company, uses pumping vehicles and huge volumetric mixing plants to produce quality concrete with precise measures. A vehicle holds around 11m3 per load and has a fast emptying capacity by straight pour and into barrows. Additionally, the vehicles have chutes that can go as high as 9 metres.

Concrete Floors

King Concrete offers a broad choice of concrete grades. You can choose any category because each of these will still meet your flooring requirements perfectly. We will help you understand your flooring needs then supply you with high-quality concrete floors.

In most applications, there exists a subfloor underneath another flooring material. With this, installing a concrete floor involves uninstalling any other layer that had been placed over it.

The concrete flooring applications include, conservatory floors, garage floors, moderate/light industrial floors, workshop floors, e.t.c. They are very resilient and withstand the pressure produced from heavy equipment like trucks, cars, or forklifts.

Concrete Flooring Screed

We provides a traditional way of producing high-quality screed. The concrete screeds are not pre-produced, like what many other concrete supply companies do. Instead, we blend our materials on-site. This way, you are guaranteed to have a fresh screed and in your exact required amount. If you want retarders added to your screed, we will do so. The retardants help to reduce hydration on cement content, thereby prolonging the cement’s set time. You can work with the material for as long as you want.

Other than retardants, we can also add fibres to the screed mixture. The fibres contain high-density monofilaments that help to prevent settlement, shrinkage and cracking and also increase the resilience of the screed and its absorbency rate.

A cement floor screed material comes with a 1:4.5 or 1:3 ratio of cement to sharp sand. It is to precast concrete floor units or a solid in-situ concrete ground floor slab. The screed can be bonded directly to the base of a floor slab or laid unbounded on a damp proof membrane that is, in turn, placed over a slab. It can also be used as a light finish on the layer of sturdy insulation material.

Concrete Pump Hire

Our vehicles have concrete chutes that go as high as 9 metres. The vehicles are handy for projects that are difficult to reach. If manual barrowing is not possible, or there is a restricted site-access, we advise you to hire a concrete pump.

We offer concrete pump hire services that allow you to get the concrete to whichever height, quickly and flawlessly. Our pumps come in either land-line or boom. The boom pump can pump concrete at your desired height. The land-line pump has a standard reach of up to 45 metres and is suitable when you want to access a site across your land.
